Myself and my roommate are planning to move into a 3 bedroom townhomes/house and we are searching for the 3rd female roommate. Our location is focussed close to Microsoft North campus (+/- 2 miles from 156th avenue and 28th street intersection). We are planning to move around mid february which is when our lease expires (If you have to move in earlier, we can work that out as well). We are in the process of hunting homes and have shortlisted few. Based on our current search, the rent is averaged around $700 per person per month.
