Looking for a roommate to split a 900 sq. ft. 2BR/2BA apartment in Capitol Hill, available April 1: large master bedroom with big closet, solid construction, spacious layout, big kitchen, large windows.
Area is peaceful and safe but not far from the most happening places either(3 blocks) . Its one block from public transit, MS Connector stop, 2 block from Broadway, 1 block from Safeway, and a 15 min walk to Amazon.
Your share of rent will be $1025/mo (parking extra), plus wifi/utilities. Lease is on month to month basis. You are free to extend the lease.
