The community is called Waterhouse place apartments in Beaverton. It is conveniently located right next to Fred Myers on 158th. 1 mile from Nike campus, 5 miles from Intel. I have been living here for 2 years now with no problems. My roommate for 2 years has moved out and i would like to continue living here if I find a roommate. If you have a suggestion for an apartment available for me to move into, I'm OK with that as well! :)
Rent - $750 base + amenities.
