Hi there,
I have a 2 bed 2 bath apartment at a great location in Bellevue crossroads.

I am looking to either sublease my apartment or to find roommates ( m/f both is ok)

I have a room to rent, its a master bedroom with its own bath, private entrance to the patio, closets both side of the wall by the basin that is in the room itself.

Washer/Dryer in the unit, microwave, oven, dishwasher included.

Perfect for two or single person. - any gender is ok as long as person is responsible, clean and can pay their bills on time.

Room is not furnished. Kitchen and Living room is furnished.

Rent for the apartment 2 bed 2 bath is 1956 + apartment utilities and electricity/internet at the top. If one person is moving (rent will be shared between two of us, if 2 people moving in the master bedroom, rent we will split 3 ways).

I am in the small bedroom.

Place is at a great location and walking distance to all necessary stuff of daily basis like grocery stores - Indian/Non Indian, restaurants, banks, post office, salons, library, crossroads mall and also has bus transportation available.

Apartment complex has swimming pool, club house, gym and lots of car parking.
