We are 3 girls looking for a fourth roommate (girl only!) to share a 2 bedroom -1 bathroom apartment with us. The apartment is located at 1st Avenue Queen Anne and is a spacious (1000 sqft) apartment, with plenty of light and air. It also has a patio/balcony. You will be getting an entire room to yourself (pics attached). We are open to students and working individuals both! Other house utilities include :
1) Laundry in building
2) 2 minute walk to King County bus stop towards Downtown
3) 2 minute walk to grocery stores (Safeway, CVS, Metropolitan Market)
4) 5 minute walk to Trader Joe's , QFC
5) Close (~10 minute walk) to Kerry Park, Marshall Park, Space Needle, Seattle Center, and a lot of other beautiful places ??
4) Gas stove, dishwasher, fridge and plenty cabinet space
Rent will be $840 and utilities never exceed more than $40/month/person. Looking for someone to sign a 12-month lease starting August 2020 (ideally. If not possible, we're still open, let us know.)
About us : We are final year graduate students at Northeastern University. Fun loving, outdoorsy people, with a love for music, coffee and food. (We are a combination of runners, musicians and bibliophiles!) We tend to keep the house neat and clean and also have our own furniture/lights, etc. We are always down to hangout!
