I am staying in a 2 Bed Room Apartment at Keeler Street, Burbank, CA and I am looking for a genuine, non-smoker & non-alcoholic male person who is looking for temporary stay (up to 3 months) near Burbank, CA since I am expecting my family to move-in after 3 months (End of June 2015).
The apartment is clean & neat, in very calm atmosphere, I have bought all the kitchen utensils and refrigerator as well. I would expect the same to continue.
Apartment has 1 Living room, 2 Bedrooms, 1 Kitchen, 1 Bathroom and 2 Parking spaces (Car port parking). I am using one car parking and second one is available for free. Laundry is within the building near the car parking.
I will need proper identification proof documents prior move-in.
