The apartments is at 2 min walking distance from PSU and 1 min from max station. The apartment is also super close to all kinds of restaurants and stores, etc. Apartment is in a gated community with secured access to buildings and also has gym and pool area.
My roommate is a professional in her late twenties. She is a super chill person with great taste in music. The lease is up at the end of September so you would have to talk to her whether or not to renew it.
