I have a furnished private room with bathroom available in a large townhouse. Its located in a very safe and quiet little community which is within walking distance to the waterfront with trails for jogging and exercising. You will have a large bedroom with a bathroom on the first floor of the townhouse all to yourself (read privacy!). The house is very new, has hardwood floors, freshly painted and everything is upgraded and brand new. Please have a look at the pictures (new paint pictures are still pending).

The biggest advantage of this place is public transport. Caltrain and MUNI are at 10 min walking distance. There is also a shuttle (free of cost) going from the community to the BART station. And you're a ten minute Uber ride to SF downtown.


What will you get:
1) Fully furnished private room with private bathroom on the first floor (queen size bed+Tuft& needle mattress, dresser in addition to the closet)
2) Free street parking with no restrictions or cleaning days
3) Use of Washer and dryer located on the 2nd floor of townhouse
4) Use of the kitchen on the 2nd floor of townhouse
5) High speed internet, water, gas, electricity and trash included in the rent

About us:
A couple in the 30's who are working in the biotech industry. There is another roommate who lives on the 2nd floor of this 3 floored house and works in the tech industry. We are easy going and usually keep it calm and quiet throughout the week.
