Looking for a roommate who can occupy a bedroom in a beautiful new single family home . The house is fully furnished and gets professionally cleaned regularly once a month. Other three rooms are occupied by working professionals.. No smoking, no pets and no overnight guests. You will have complete privacy and I expect the same. Rent would be 850 per month including all utilities. One month deposit is needed before moving in and a months notice is required before vacating. Looking for someone who can move starting November 15th.
