It is a big smart house with 4 Bedroom, 2.5 bath, Air conditioner, with furnitures and appliances including TV and outdoor grill, a big backyard and a huge loft for common use. It is a clean house from a safe residential community, with lots of street parking, and is close to Nike and Intel.
What covers the Rent:
- Monthly rent
- Utilities(water, sewage, electricity, gas, trash, high speed internet, with no additional charge on commons like detergents, paper towels, etc.)
Not a 420/smoking/couple/pet friendly.
It is available from 03/01 to 04/15, for a duration of 1-1.5 months.
Security deposit of $500 is required when checking in, which will be paid back when you check out.
