Hello,
I am looking to rent a room (to a working professional) in a brand new single-family house in York, SC available immediately, located in a safe, gated and quiet neighborhood close to Walmart and Publix. Location is near to lake Wylie, with Charlotte within commutable reach.
House is equipped with high speed internet, washer, dryer, 2 refrigerators, dishwasher, gas cooktop, microwave, oven and your room in 2nd floor is furnished with queen bed and a 12 inch new mattress.The bathroom is jack and jill and attached / common to 2 rooms.
You will be occupying one of the rooms. Rent is 700 if you want your private bath ( in that case I will not rent the other room ) or 600 if you're ok sharing the bath with one other person as and when the other room is occupied.
Utilities are separate and will be shared and prorated between all current occupants. There is no lease requirement just a 2 weeks' notice is sufficient. Vegetarian preferred.No smoking, pets or parties please.
