I've single bed/bath apartment for rent on 148th Ave(Behind the firestation, walkable distance to Microsoft). Apt is neat, well maintained and was leased recently(2013 August). I'm moving out of the state and the apartment lease is valid until August this year. I'm looking for someone who can move into the apartment at around Feb 12th Weekend. This is good for someone who don't want to sign a lease for longer duration. Apt rent is $1272, call me for details.
