I have a 2 bed room 2 Bath Apartment and looking for a roommate to share with. This is a newly leased apartment and 2 guys are already living there so we need a 3rd roommate to share the apartment.

Out of the 2, one roommate lives in Beaverton for only 2 or 3 weeks a month only.

If you would like to have one room + a private bath for yourself, we can also look into that. You need to pay extra for this. Absolutely no security deposit if you go for this option otherwise a minimal security deposit.

The apartment has all the amenities including a Smart TV :) with no entertainment charges extra :)
