I plan to rent a 2BR/2BA apartment starting Sept 1 in Capitol Hill/ Belltown/ Lower Queen Anne area; and share with 1 more person (i.e., 2 people in total including myself). Looking to keep it around $2400 to $3000 pm for the total apartment.
