This is a 2 level house and all the 3 rooms are at the upper level. HEating AC both available. There are 2 big bathrooms. The master bedroom has 1 bath attached. The other bathroom is right next to the other 2 rooms and there is a half bath in the lower level.
The place will be partially furnished too! But it can be removed if you already have furniture.
Location: Very close to Intel JF campus, approx 9 minutes by walk and hardly a minute by car.

Master bedroom: $590/month
Room 2: $570/month
Room 3: $570/month
Nobody has occupied the rooms yet so the first person to rent the room can request their roommate preference.

There is a Garage enough for a car and lots of storage space. 2 cars can be parked outside the garage and lots of free space available very close by.
