Hello,
i am looking for a professional female or student to share a place in bellevue. I am a single mother of two small kids (1 and 3 year old). I am a full time student. I pay my bills aead of time. I am looking for indian or pakistani female to lease a place in bellevue. utilities will be spit equally and i will also consider both kids as 1 adult whenit comes to divide the utilities bill. I am very easy going person but there are few things that i cant allow in my place due to cultural reasons. You should agree to
1: no smoking or drugs inside the house
2: no drinking inside the house and no party
3: no men inside the house. Female friends are welcome but not for longer stays (i mean more than a week)
4: clean after yourself in the common areas.
5: pay your rent on time.
6: no criminal background.
we are out most of the day and kids go to bed early. my kids are not home over the weekend. we are respectable to others privacy. you have to be kids friendly. i might be able to help you with ride to and from the college if our timings are same. i am moving to bellevue by september 30th. if interested email me and we can together find a nice place that can best match our requirements.
