I lived here for about 3 months and love it. The people in the office are really nice and courteous, they'll accept deliveries for you and sign if required, and they host some kind of event almost every week (Taco Tuesday, Wine Tasting). MAINTENANCE IS TOP-NOTCH and trust me, this is coming from a very picky guy. They keep the grounds clean, have an excellent pool, gym and a cabana with free WiFi. There's plenty of free parking available; sometimes the spots right in front of the apartment are taken but you can always park 10 feet away. There's plenty of walking areas if you've a dog (I don't). The location can't be beat - a FEW MILES FROM I-405 AND I-5. Like me, if you like peace, The apartments are VIRTUALLY SOUNDPROOF. I live on the 3rd floor and hence don't have to worry about a heavy-footed neighbor upstairs.

The apartment has plenty of closets, a microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer, stainless steel appliances, attached storage room, lights and a ceiling fan in the bedroom. My balcony has a direct view to the wetlands without the extra charge for some apartments with the same view. It's got a new carpet and I keep the apartment super clean. Kitchen and Bathroom have hardwood floors while living room and bedroom are carpeted.

North Creek Park is at a stone's throw and is very popular with the residents. There's a boardwalk trail that takes you through the wetland.
