I am looking for a female to sub-lease my independent room in a 2B/2B apartment from Jan end onwards. The bed room is very spacious with walkable closet and the bathroom just outside the room. There is another flatmate who has her own master bedroom with attached bathroom. The basic rent is $1525 excluding the utilities. The utilities may cost $150 or more based on the usage. The internet and electricity is all setup. The apartment is called the Kendall Ridge which is very near to all the stores, shopping malls and Microsoft buildings.
