This is in the reply to your response to the add that I posted in Sulekha.
Firstly, I am looking for a Female who can live in the master bedroom. It is a 3 bedroom apartment where other two rooms have been occupied. The name of the apartment is Park Haceinda in Plesanton, CA

The total rent is 2724$.

For master bed room/who ever is taking this room -
their sharing will be like -

1. room rent - 2724/3 + 50 (50$ extra because the room is very big with more facilities like a computer table/dressing space attached.
2. Utility/garbage bill - usually shared by 3 (its total/3)
3. Internet bill - usually shared by 3 (its total/3)
4. power bill/gas bill - usually shared by 3 (its total/3)
5. Security deposit - 250$ (this is refundable. you can get it when you move out or when lease ends)

Usually, the total comes to 1000$ or 1100$ max per head (including utilties, PGE and internet)

Note - This lease is for 11 months. We started the lease on Sept28th, 2014.
