We've lived here for about 2 years, and we like this apartment very much!
However, due to the job-changing, we have to move out earlier than the leasing contract ending date.
As a benefit of taking over our apartment, we will pay half of your first month rent!
Plus, our lease will expire on 3/28, so from now to 3/28, the rent will be our current price rate, which is $1355.
After 3/28, if you choose to renew the lease with the leasing office, the rent will be $1385, which is still lower than market price because it's the discount rate for renewal tenants. (This price is for a 12 month lease term.)
This is not a sublease, therefore you will need to sign a new leasing contract with the leasing office of Redmond Square Apartment through the formal applying process.
