There is a one bed one bath apt I will be moving in this Thursday, 4/23. It is in Avalon RockMeadow. This apt is available for only till June 30th, 2015. It costs the lease owner $1430+ with all including, rent, water, sewage, garbage, power and internet with basic cable. We need to share the cost by two of us. I need only one more person to share this spacious apt.
The apt comes with moderate cooking utensils, groceries and decent furniture.
I want someone who would stay for till June 30th, 2015 and has to make a deposit of $300 for that.
