I have a 2BD/2BA spacious and furnished apartment near the Max line, Beaverton. I wish to rent one Bedroom and Bathroom. The amenities are separate Queens bed and mattress, shared washer/dryer, refrigerator, Dishwasher kitchen, sofa, Cable TV and Wi-fi internet, Car parking, pool, Gym and Clubhouse.
The Monthly Rent is $530
1 months Rent would be the deposit.
And we would share the Utilities bill.
You will have separate bedroom with a brand new Queen sized bed.
We are family of 2 Adults(Mom in law and Myself) and 2 Kids(5year and 1 year infant).
Female roommates who are currently working and who like to stay with a quiet family and no hassles are preferred.
PS: No Drinking, Pets, Parties, late night guests are allowed in the house.
