I would like to transfer my lease. I rent a 2bed and 2bath flat on a 10 month lease. 6 months are already over. I got a very good rate - 816 for 2 bed and 2 bath on rent when I moved in. Apartment location is also prime, walkable distance to fresh market. Wallmart, Indian store are with in 2-3 mile radius.One side of the balcony faces mountains and golf park.
In my experience maintenance has been very prompt.
I am moving to Michigan and looking to transfer my lease. Apartment is available from 25th of July 2015. You can stay last of July for free (since i already paid for July) and start paying rent from August onwards.
