I will work at U of South Florida.

I will be in Tampa July 19.

I need a one-bedroom apartment for immediate occupancy beginning July 19 and not more than a day or so earlier or later.

I have a cat so the apartment has to be pet friendly.

Rent range: $500 to $600 (not more than $650)

Has to be close to USF. Walking distance peferable. But 5 to 10 minutes by school shuttle or by car is okay.

Should be in a nondangerous area. Parking needed.

Would prefer to sign a short-term lease of 6 months or less to begin with since I will have to sign up for the apartment without seeing it in person.

Preferences:
1. Washer Dryer in unit
2. car port
3. non carpet floors (low on list of preferences but would be nice)
4. One storey/ranch style (low on list of preferences but would be nice)
