We have a room to rent in the Onyx apartments across the street from Microsoft Building 86. Several shopping, entertainment options, hike trails, parks and lake fronts are within a couple miles. Stops for route 245 are 50 meters away. You will have your own room, share a bathroom with another room mate and the kitchen & living room with two other room mates. A washer / dryer unit is located within the apartment making it ultra convenient to do your laundry. The $810 rent includes everything except for parking charges. There are a ton of visitor parking spots so you wouldn't really need one anyway. Basically pay us the $810 and you don't have to care about any other expenses. The apartment is available from September 1st. If you need something sooner we might be able to adjust on a pro-rated basis.
