The apartment is located approximately 2 miles from the Intel RA campus and is situated in a nice & peaceful surroundings adjacent to a small creek (the unit faces the creek); less than a mile from Quatama park & ride MAX station and a major marketplace
The rent for the room is $620 per month plus 1/2 of utilities (internet, gas, water, electricity, sewerage and garbage). I am looking for someone who is clean & responsible.
