Right now (we) 2 people are occupying separate rooms and I am moving out of town soon.
The current lease ends by April 16th.
Option 1: You can occupy the one room (with attached bath) until April 16th
Option 2: Get on the lease and extend it further after April 16th 2016.
This is a good community and prices are much higher for new lease. Continuing the lease will be a good option if you plan long time.
The apts is called Victory Flats, has air conditioning, in house washer/dryer, granite kitchen tops and new all new equipments as it is less than just an year old. I am one of the first tenant for the apt. So got it for a good price. Just 2 mins walk to Elmonica MAX
