A separate bed and a shared bath (with another girl) are available in a 3b/2b apartment in Kings court community(Beaverton), starting from July 2016. The rent is 430$ excluding utilities, which ranges from 80$ - 100$ based on the usage.
The community is close to Elmonica station, Bus stops, Indian Groceries, Fred Meyers, and few restaurants.
Note: I do have a twin bed with box spring and a computer table with chair, which I am planning to sell for 200$. The room does have a lamp and a fan which will be free. It is optional.
