Prefer 3 of us to split everything but ok to rent to one individual as well (m/f) is ok.
Master-bedroom is huge with closets both side of the wall by dresser/basin area, room has its own bath and a private sliding door to Patio.
Place is at a great location and even if you don't drive everything you need is available at a walk-able within 0.1 mile radius, bus transportation is available as well.
With groceries etc stuff of necessity I can always help you on a weekended if you need my help, I drive.
