OFFICES :- Offices of big companies like T-Mobile, AT&T, Phillips, and Frontier are just 5 mins drive (close to 4 miles).
PARK and RIDE:- All the major park and rides such as Lynwood Transit center, Canyon Park P&R, Ashway P&R , Mountlake Terrace P&R all are within 5 miles.
SHOPPING :- Alderwood mall, Fred Mayer, Apna Bazar, Safeway, Mayuri, Papa johns, Pizza Hut and many more are just within 5 mins drive (4 miles).
