This is a single bed-room ~700 sq.ft apartment for a single family to rent or for couple of roommates to share. These are new luxury apts, with private spaces, barbeques, coffee lounge, clubhouse, 24gym, swimming pool, hot-tub, spa, movie room, allocated parking. Apt has in unit w/d. We got a good deal during the beginning, but now the same apartment is for $2300. Anyone moving in can continue the deal that we have ($1950).
