Awesome place to live, apartment is on first floor, with gas appliances, granite kitchen counter, spacious rooms and opens up to backyard garden space. Close to everything (mall, theaters, Bart station, restaurants etc..). Rental is 750$ per person assuming 2 people will share single room single bath. if you want the whole room for yourself then you can do the math (i'm ok with that too).
