We are moving into a house so looking to sublet our apartment
at Rock Creek Landing (http://www.rockcreeklandingliving.com/). The apartment is about 5 minutes drive away from Intel RA campuses, and has bus-stops within a block.
It has 1bd, 1bath, has a washer and dryer and microwave included. The apartment also has valet trash service. Since you will be subletting, you would take over our rental contract and only pay $1095/month plus utilities.
The contract will be for Sep 22nd 2015 -- June 26 2016, and then you will have the option of renewing the lease if you want to. This apartment has an ideal location on the 2nd floor.
You can live in the apartment for free for couple of days during the month of September as I have already paid the rent.
