Looking for a roommate (Male/Female), who can share an apartment with me in Portland Downtown. Apartment is centrally located on 20th Ave, Lovejoy Street. Close to many interesting places in downtown.
NORTH SOUTH LINE NW 23rd to South Waterfront have a stop next to apartment building & Bus no. 77 and 15 also have a stop. Providence park max station is half a mile. All Grocery stores Fred Mary , Trader joe`s & New seasons and on walking distance. Walking distance to Coffee shop, Shopping and hiking trails. This is what Downtown Living is all about.
There are two rooms, one living area, one kitchen & one restroom in the apartment. Apartment has Wooden flooring, fully furnished, Two closets and on first floor of building. Total rent is 1350/- per month. Internet electricity & utilities extra. I am in my thirties, moved to Portland last year September. I really liked this place. I dont have any pet at my place. Apartment lease is till November 2016.
My work place is few blocks away. I work from Monday to Friday , 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. On weekends generally I am home. I am outdoor person, love hiking, Travel to new places, Talk to new people, hangout with friends, attend some social gatherings and live tidy.
My current roommate is moving out of Portland. We use to have fun, cook different cuisines at home but weekends usually ends at 11 so someone with a similar pace would be prefect. I need someone who is equally tidy. Clean up after yourself and occasionally pitch in with some house work for the common space such as bathroom, kitchen & living room.
Move in date will be end of march or first week of April, We are flexible on this. Smoking outside only, Building is non-smoking. Private Parking is also available, you have to pay extra for that.
